How to know you are dealing with us

Study abroad and visa services attract impersonators, because applicants are hopeful and under time pressure. Here is exactly how we operate, so anything that differs is a warning sign.

Anything else is not us: another number, another handle, a lookalike domain, a "customer care" account. If you are unsure, message the WhatsApp number above and ask.

What we will never do

  • Guarantee a visa, an admission or a scholarship. Nobody can, and anyone who does is lying to you.
  • Ask for your email, bank or government portal password, or for a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone.
  • Ask you to pay into an account we have not confirmed to you in writing, or to pay a "special contact" at an embassy, university or visa centre.
  • Ask you to submit false documents, fake bank statements, invented work experience or a sponsor who does not exist.
  • Pressure you to pay immediately because "the offer expires today".
  • Ask you to send your original passport to us.

What we always do

  • Put the fee for a phase, and its refund terms, in writing before you pay anything.
  • Tell you honestly when a destination, a course or an intake is a poor fit for your profile, even when saying so costs us the work.
  • Explain what each document is for, so you understand your own application.
  • Make hotel and travel bookings in your own name, directly with the provider, when we plan a trip for you.
  • Answer from the number listed above, and confirm anything financial by email as well as by message.

Paying safely

  • Never pay before you have the written fee note for that phase.
  • Check the payment details against the written note, not against a message you received in a chat.
  • If payment details ever appear to change, stop and call the number above before sending anything. Changed bank details are the most common fraud in this sector.
  • Keep your receipts. We issue confirmation for every payment received.

How we protect your information

  • This website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), with a strict content security policy and no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
  • The enquiry forms collect only what is needed to advise you, and never ask for passwords or payment card details.
  • We ask for sensitive documents (passports, results, financial evidence) only when an application genuinely requires them, and only through channels we have agreed with you.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with marketers. Full detail is in our Privacy & Cookies notice.

Think someone is impersonating us? Do not pay them, and do not send them documents. Send a screenshot to info@ongodadvisory.com or message +44 744 281 7209 on WhatsApp so we can warn others. If you have already paid someone, report it to your bank or mobile money provider immediately, and to the police in your country.

Scope of advice

What we are and what we are not

On God Advisory is an independent education and travel advisory practice. We prepare applications, documents and evidence, and we explain requirements and processes.

We are not a law firm, and we are not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority. That means we do not advise on UK visa applications, assess whether your documents meet the requirements, complete your application, prepare you for a credibility interview, or advise on a refusal or your immigration status. Where your situation calls for any of that, we will say so and introduce you to a properly regulated adviser rather than pretend otherwise.
